Carla really went aboveboard, making every effort to get our H2O heater installed in such a short time. She was very communicative with not only with us but also our condo association/ manager. I'm writing to thank Emerald Plumbing for a job well-done with my plumbing issue. Living on the third floor of a three-story condo in Celebration, I recently received a call from my downstairs neighbor saying he saw patches of wet spots on his ceiling above his tub. Stressing out, I immediately called a plumbing company (who shall be remain anonymous) who came out to assist with the situation. After spending a half hour trying to figure out where the leak in my bathroom was coming from, they couldn't come to a conclusion except that it may have been a gasket issue but was not confident in his response. This concerned me a little so I decided to research online and found great reviews online about Emerald Plumbing. Needless to say, Ed from Emerald Plumbing came to my rescue! After booking an appointment, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mark who gave me probable causes of my leak and assured my stressful self that everything was going to be okay. He helped arrange Ed to come over to assist. Ed arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. After spending about 45 minutes scoping out my bathtub, he found a punctured hole in my copper pipe behind the faucet. He even took the pipe out and showed me proof of the damage. I was at ease knowing I was in great hands and felt very confident that Ed had saved the day! I want to thank Mark and Ed for being professional, friendly and efficient!
