This guys literally saved me, when my kitchen became a mess because of drip. Actually my husband already tried to fix the problem, but it become even worth. That's why I can say, that I was lucky that pleasant lady from other end of phone line told me, that they have window that day at the 5 pm. If there were 6 stars they wold get them. We were in bad shape after our hot water heater died and caused significant water damage. Sami took incredible care, came right out and did a wonderful job hooking up temporary and permanent devices. Price was fair, and they're absolute professionals. Fast response time. Professional plumbers came actually earlier than originally scheduled (they called first.) They didn't overcharge us, were conservative in services rendered and didn't push unnecessary services. Great clean up and the two plumbers that came worked very fast. Called to get a quote on installing new faucets I bought for my bathroom sinks and decided to schedule service. They actually had someone available that same afternoon. Abraham showed up on time, was friendly, respectful and explained the work involved. There was a problem with one of the bathroom's cut off valves, and he explained it thoroughly to me and got my approval to proceed. Lou, the superstar plumber, has done it again! I called Courtesy Plumbing the morning I noticed a leak near our water heaters and was assisted by a friendly woman who got me scheduled with Lou for the next morning. Lou arrived close to the beginning of the 10am-1pm window and was able to identify the pinhole leak very quickly.

Solid plumbing and drains replaced a refrigerator water line in a very timely professional manner. Excellent plumber at moderate cost. Tony came to my house after giving me a one hour minimum estimate, but then found that my garbage disposal drain pipe leak was due to the disposal exit pipe being too short for a good quality fix. He gave me an estimate for replacing the drain pipes and an appointment time for the next day. He showed up promptly and did the repairs with fewer parts than he had estimated.  He then lowered his bid price accordingly.  He tested the repairs thoroughly. He said I should call him back if any leaks appeared in the next few months. Great service, great customer orientation.  All this from a plumber!!! Needless to say, this was a standout experience. BTW, "Tony" is his American handle, but his real name is Loi and his country of origin is Vietnam. Loi is one of the many Vietnamese business people I have found around San Jose whose work ethic is fabulous and who charge very reasonably prices.

The guys from Plumbing Tech were great. They came in the day after and fixed the clog in the kitchen sink & washer line. He even went underneath in the crawl space to make sure there were no leakage. He also followed up later to check if the clog was fixed after we ran a dishwasher and washer cycle. Small business but good people. Recommend their service.

It's too bad these guys don't have more reviews. I was skeptical when hiring them because the sales guy was not the guy doing the work and I'd read on a sister review from a larger partner company that reviews had been mixed. They also had very few reviews on yelp so I wondered..... Brian Bailey gave me a very good price for a very tough job after a previous plumber (rapid plumbing/triple A) backed out of the job. They replaced all of my old galvanized pipe with a combination of copper and pex and we no longer have crappy water pressure or rust in the lines. The follow up crew did a great job patching up my walls and I could not be happier with their service.
