Our water heater burst while we were out to dinner on a Friday night. We asked one of our neighbors for a referral because we knew they had had a water heater issue the previous week. They enthusiastically recommended Clearwater Plumbing and Drains. We called and they came out very quickly and took care of everything. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Clearwater called a flood control company to come out immediately and also put us in touch with our household insurance company. They gave us valuable information on the types of water heaters available and then quickly came back to install one after we made our choice. We were very impressed and pleased with Clearwater’s service. We will happily recommend them to others and certainly plan to call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Premier 1 is the best service around! We had a plumbing issue in our main sewer and they sent out Ricky who was incredibly knowledgeable and polite! No need to look at any other company Premier 1 has you covered 100 percent!

Turned out the project was a bit bigger than expected – they were going to have to saw into the house from outside to get to the leak and replace old rusted pipes. Came home 5hrs later with no leak, a clean kitchen, and a seamless re-patch on the outside. Total pros.

He arrived on time, communicated with us every step of the way, and even worked around our toddler's nap schedule! When my water heater started leaking, causing water to leak into my downstairs neighbors unit I called multiple plumbing companies and none of them compared to the knowledge and service I received from Mike. He was at my unit first thing in the morning the next day and had the whole job done before noon! He went above and beyond, replacing the water heater itself on top of installing a new vent, gas valve, earth quake straps, drip pan, etc. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and was sure to explain everything every step of the way. He was also the only person I spoke to when calling around in the first place to give me an actual quote (which stayed the same the whole time, no hidden fees!) and even walked my slightly panicking self through how to shut off the water to the tank over the phone to help prevent more leaking! Overall I couldn’t recommend Primo Plumbing enough. Definitely have made me a returning customer for any plumbing work going forward!
