I contacted this company because of a drain problem we were having in our back yard. They sent out 2 service people that worked for hours clearing out drains. 2 of the 3 drains were opened and are flowing well. The 3rd they needed to dig out a damaged area and replace a section of pipe. This was done in 2 trips to my home. I was not at home while the work was done but my wife was totally impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of these 2 people. They stayed in touch with me by phone to give me updates as the work progressed. The big question is would I call them for other problems, YES. Thank you H Jack’s for the work you did and for the timely manner in which it was taken care of.

On Sunday morning, February 5, 2023 I had a frozen pipe burst in my home for the 1ST time in 30 years. The plumber I have used for years told me there were 9 people ahead of me. I cannot recommend Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! I give them more than 5 stars, for sure. During this hottest week of the year so far, my AC went out. I called Raymond, and they worked me into their schedule in 24 hours. The technician, John, arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and found the issue right away. Both of the women with whom I spoke (when I called to report the issue and with scheduling the service) were friendly, kind, and caring.
