Austins honesty and integrity goes a long way. We called today to Have him put us in his schedule and he squeezed us in today. He came and did an inspection and clean some coils and the air conditioner unit. He was very open and honest and had extremely fair prices. Austin has done some work for us in the past and the same standards then are the same standards now. His prices are fair he’s extremely honest and Doesn’t try to take advantage of anyone. I will definitely be using Griffith plumbing and heating cooling and electrical again. In fact he will be doing yearly inspections on our heating and air conditioner for us

We used Griffith plumbing to install a new kitchen sink. After much discussion it was decided that they would come on Wednesday, then on Sunday he asked if they could come Monday, I was very accommodating to his request. I wanted to combine two things I needed done but he was unable to complete the second item. I should have asked for a quote but I wanted to use a local company the company that installed our counter would have done it for $350.00 and I would have had no down time without my kitchen sink. He couldn't give me a price for the additional work when I asked for a quote, even though they had looked at the gas line and to see what we needed. The cost for moving the plumbing around under our kitchen sink was $325.00, I called to ask if he was going to charge me again to come out and do the gas line and he said his time starts when they leave the shop at $125.00 X 2 people. Needless to say I didn't call him again he was supposed to send me a quote for the additional gas line and I have not heard from him since that was 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend this company.

Despite very tight spaces, he was up for the job and was kind enough to go to the store and come back with two installation options based on cost. This is a note of appreciation to Turner’s Service Company for the excellent HVAC services they recently performed in my home. Since generic accolades are so easy to toss around, I think a few specifics make it easier for an average person to understand why I am taking the time to write this note. This house is about 7 years old with 2 HVAC systems. One is in the attic and one in the basement. Even though I have had a service contract on both systems with one of Turners competitors for this entire period, I have had performance issues with them literally every year. When I cut the A/C units on for the first time this spring and found that neither was working, my wife and I decided that enough was enough and decided to finally explore repair and/or replacement alternatives. I solicited quotes from several companies including Turner’s, who had been recommended to us. After evaluating prices, products, service, etc., we decided that Turner’s looked to be the one that provided the best value, so we signed the contract with them. What a great decision! Up to the actual time of installation, Turner’s was still working with the manufacturer on our behalf, attempting to either obtain better prices or system upgrades. Installation experience was non intrusive and event free. The installation crew was, to the man, knowledgeable, well spoken, friendly and sharp in appearance. In other words, they were professional. They examined everything in detail including the attic, vents and ductwork. Through this examination they found multiple efficiency issues including gaping holes where my vents intersect the ducts. Wonderful experience with Norfolk Plumbing! We had water coming out from underneath the siding outside our kitchen and Ridge was able to come to our house quickly to diagnose the problem (hole in the pipe where it had corroded) and make the necessary repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and hard-working, and I wouldn’t call anyone else for our plumbing needs!
