I've been using Carlos for last few years now. He was recommended to me by another plumber when I had an issue with my refrigerator water line. I've used him since then and he has good attention for detail. One of the jobs, my bathroom faucet needed replacement of the handles and pop up sink drain. He also recommended replacing the p trap with the new faucet repair, so it doesn't leak in the future. He is also willing to work with you on price.

My pool pump was having trouble holding prime because of an air leak on the suction side. After a pool company tried replacing much of the above-ground plumbing to no avail, they left me with a pump that would not prime at all. They recommended calling an underground leak detection company. I called GS Plumbing instead, and I am happy that I did. With a little digging, Carlos was able to locate an underground pipe leak quickly on his first visit. He came back the next day to replace the broken pipe as well as other old pipe sections which could have caused problems in the future. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Ok it's 4-1-19 also know as April fools day. We had to call a plumbing service for a backup in our dishwasher that has been repaired twice before and was never right. So we called on Carlos with Golden State. Here is the joke. He came on time ready to work and as nice as he could be, he did the work others said they had done, he screwed the machine into the countertop which should have been done with the installation. He made the machine run perfect for the first time ever. April fools day no joke after 35 minutes, minimal cost, and a very friendly visit we are happy as we could ever be-- no fooling

We've had Cris and Señor Rooter out for a couple of issues that came up at our business location. They've always been quick with communication, clear about what needs to be done, and fair in pricing. The first time we had them onsite, we had just had another plumbing company make an issue (of a leaking toilet/broken seal) significantly worse, and spent a lot of time and money fixing nothing. In contrast, Cris clearly communicated the problem, gave us a fair price, and fixed the issue within the week (and has come back to help us with smaller issues on multiple occasions). Señores rooter did a great job. I had a problem with dirty water in the house which was causing a lot of calcium build up and clogging up our faucets. Gil came out and installed a water filtration system , serviced our tankless water heater and installed a reverse osmosis system underneath our sink and did a great job. He was very professional and very courteous– I will be using them again for any other projects that may come up.

Our water sensors went off, consider our tankless water heater is in our attic, I was worried. Went up in the attic and I saw the water dripping but it wasn’t too heavy. I called Jay’s Plumbing and drain. He was professional, responsive and extremely communicative to ease any doubt that he was in fact going to show up. Finding an honest person to help with air conditioning, heating or plumbing is tough. Rick was very professional and punctual. He was actually going to arrive to my house early, and he called to inform me of the new ETA. Upon arrival, he greeted me and gave me his card, then asked me again what was wrong with my AC system. I explained it wasn't cooling as effectively had been, and I had recently changed the air filter. Rick immediately went to the outside compressor and began to diagnose the problem with his specialized equipment. He explained each step of the diagnostic, and what each step meant to the performance of the machine. I don't think many customers will ask these questions, but since I did he answered them without hesitation. After all was said and done, he had recharged the refrigerant, and cleaned the compressor coils and we have a very cold AC system again.

Called Rick for an AC and plumbing inspection . He came with the day, on a Friday, promptly on time. He's definitely very knowledgeable and gave his recommendations very honestly. I have had Rick do some work for me in the past and he did great work and was very honest. I recently hired him to install Forced Air and Central Air. His quote was very, very fair and, although it took me a year to hire him after his initial quote, the price was virtually the same. I have had him do some other jobs at a place I am moving to. Rick has had several opportunities to sell me services I don't really need, since I know nothing about plumbing. He actually told me it would be cheaper to upgrade the electrical for a new dryer, than to add a gas line for one, talking himself out of a good sized job. That kind of honesty is hard to find. I totally trust Rick and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to friends.
