I appreciated that they did what they said they would do. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was completed. The entire team made sure the job was done right and up to building code. They went out their way to minimize the mess in my home and cleaned up what mess was created. The project was a whole house replumb of defective PEX tubing, so you can imagine all the rooms and fixture that had to be changed out to correct the problem. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

Brad and Ken were absolutely awesome. They provided excellent service in a timely manner with a MAJOR drain clog. They communicated through out the process as to what they found and how they would fix it. They were extremely professional and have the best rates in town. Would recommend to anybody to use their service.

Brad Snipes was fantastic. We had an unexpected issue with busted water pipes when our daughter arrived to our house. Brad made it out same day called. He also took the time to make sure anything else plumbing related was checked and repaired without us asking. You don't find great service like this to often.

These guys sent a professional guy out for a service call to my parents home. He reset both toilets and change the internal parts of them as well. Had a very persistent clog in my downstairs bathroom that another plumber couldnt figure out. Dave and Ken came out with some very cool technology (pipe camera and tracker). Located the problem and showed me pictures of where the problem was. Then ran a jet through the problem and flushed the line. Then went back and camera the entire line to look for problems all the way to the street.

We had emergency service done on a leaky tub faucet that wasn't receiving hot water. They showed up at the exact time they were supposed to, our technician was super friendly, informative, and fast. Issue was resolved in under an hour saving us from paying for a second hour and I couldn't be happier with the service.

I have used Kessler Plumbing four times over the past 6-7 years. Every time they are professional, upfront about their workload, and honest. My latest experience was my main sewer line was clogged. I texted the owner on a Friday night around 9:45pm. He got back to me that night and scheduled someone to come out the next day on Saturday. They arrived and took care of the issue within about 35 minutes. Great service. Honest people. Kessler plumbing has my business in the future.

5 stars is WELL DESERVED! It is rare to find a business of any kind that is this prompt, professional and honest. We called Kessler Plumbing to have them fix our hot water heater. We were scheduled right away and when Mr. Kessler arrived, he immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it quickly, and although he came over on a Friday evening, he charged us a reasonable price to do the job. Travis from Kessler came out on a Friday evening to fix a broken pipe on the outside of the house when the temperatures were below freezing. No other plumbing company would come to the house until the following Tuesday. Did a great job!!!

Called McNeil on SATURDAY morning. Jason answered the call on a Saturday, said he'd be there within two hours and he was! While our problem couldn't be completely corrected that same day, McNeil arranged and repaired things so that we could get through the weekend WITH water and await parts on Monday. Jason is knowledgeable and professional. These guys did the plumbing for our new home contraction about 14 months ago. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
