If you need plumbing help or assistance, American Plumbing Services is the way to go. It's a common worry that basic plumbers won't be on time or will charge ridiculous amounts for small services, but American Plumbing Services employees are not basic plumbers. They go above and beyond and give excellent, affordable service, and show up promptly when they promise to. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they will be my go-to if I ever need further service!

Having a sewer backup emergency in the middle of the night, on a weekend was awful. Flow Rights 24/7 services saved us. The Colorado Springs Rep was wonderful. A Tech called within minutes! He was at my house and had the sewer cleaned out (tree roots) faster than I could have ever hoped. The Tech was kind, efficient and personable. I highly recommend!! Price was more than fair.

Very satisfied with Hexagon Plumbing services! Had to replace an old kitchen faucet, which the installation was hard to reach from behind the sink & pipes. Called and was placed on schedule right away. Tyler (highly recommended by a friend) came exactly on scheduled time. Communication before and during service was excellent. Tyler changed our faucet with no problems. He even answered questions about another future project. Like many Houstonians, I had a pipe burst in the recent freeze (Feb. '21). The owner of the gym I go to recommended Hexagon Plumbing. It was the best recommendation I have ever received. They got me scheduled timely and Travis worked within a very tight space, but was able to quickly replace the split pipe, turn the water back on at the street, test for leaks elsewhere in the house, and finally, re-fired my hot water heater. As an added bonus, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the bill was when so many plumbing company costs are sky high, especially with the demand due to the freeze. I will definitely be using Hexagon again.

As the owner of a dental practice, I can't say enough great things about George York and his team. When a pipe burst wreaking havoc in the office, George answered his phone and put us in line. Although he and his team were in such great demand during our winter storm disaster in Texas, he showed up that evening at the end of a very busy day for him, as promised. The working conditions were anything but pleasant as we had no power or heat and it was dark outside. George and Tyler made the needed repairs, advised of us on how to stay safe over the next few days and made sure that everything was in proper working order before they left. When the water was turned back on another problem was discovered. At this late hour in the evening, with more calls to tend to, never once were they anything but kind, professional and competent. When I decided to gut and remodel my master bathroom, I had no idea how much work it would involve. If it wasn’t for George at Hexagon, I wouldn’t have been able to do the job without spending an extra $15,000 to hire a General Contractor. George went above and beyond on my job. I ran ideas by him in order to procure faucets, sinks, sink plumbing, a shower valve, drain kit, shower trim kit, tub, and tub filler that would perform flawlessly and look aesthetically phenomenal. The extra communication and responsiveness provided by Hexagon far exceeded my expectations. Because I became genuinely interested in the plumbing aspect of my project, George let me hang out with him while he completed some of his work. I learned a ton from him - he was so patient with me and sincerely kind. When I think about George, it brings a smile to my face. I used yelp to get quotes to replace a section of gas pipe that had corroded. The quotes were all over the place as high as $600. We live in a nice area and joke that we get the neighborhood "mark up". Hexagon responded quickly on line to the quote request. George (the owner) came out that same day to look at the issue. He gave me a very reasonable price, was able to put in a temporary fix and sent his team (Danny and Tyler) over first thing the next morning to permanently fix the issue. All three went the extra mile of cleaning up the area after they did the work, shoe covers or shoes off when inside the house and also re-lite the hot water heater pilot lights and gas lamp after they turned the gas back on. I would highly highly recommend this company!!

Giovanni provided excellent service. We have the same bathroom faucets throughout our home. The master bath faucets were leaking. We called a different plumber and he let us know, rather abruptly, that these are Harden faucets and they're out of business so you need to replace them. He told us to find other faucets and call him. I waited another 6 months and decided to try Amazon home services. I requested quotes for my issue, with an open mind to having them replaced with something inferior that resembled them. HHS Plumbing responded with a detailed note about how these faucets can be repaired, with other manufacturer's cartridges. Great news to me since they were very expensive faucets and replacing would probably mean extensive drywall and tile repairs! He ever so patiently and meticulous dismantled all master bath faucets. I wanted to have them refinished. He bagged them up and let me know to call him once they were ready. Giovanni somehow found the exact cartridges that would work, with some minor adjustments. He was so kind, patient and diligent throughout the process. He always kept us informed of the project status. He is hand's down the best contractor we've worked with. He worked with us to save money, his service cost was more than fair. He worked as if he was the homeowner! If you have a chance to work with HHS Pluming, don't hesitate to hire them.
