I just wanted to say thank-you to you and Scheid Plumbing, Heating and Cooler for the service that was provided yesterday. From the day I called for an estimate, to the day the service was completed, everything ran smoothly and efficiently.  We were quite impressed with your service tech – Dylan, with his knowledge and understanding of our problem. He arrived during the time frame given to us.  He was very informative and courteous, and was able to answer any questions we had. He was careful with his machine and hoses as he moved from room to room and was respectful of his surroundings. It was a pleasure to have Dylan come into our home and clean our duct work.

I FEEL LIKE I UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY INSTALLED AND HOW IT WORKS. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER"I am new to Michigan. Never had a basement. Never dealt with sump pumps, etc, and sadly my first plumbing experience here --before I had the luck or blessing to find you— I was almost ripped off for $4000 to cut open my slab and replace pipe a drain when all I wanted to try first was cabling the line to clear out years of debris from an unused kitchen sink. Then I find you guys. You were clear, open, knowledgeable, and human. I paid $625 for a backup water pump for my basement sump. I have a son living down there. And carpet and furniture. And thanks to you, I have peace of mind at a price that wasn't abusive. So thank you. Your techs were amazing today. I feel like I understand what they installed and how it works.
