All of the Technicians were excellent, courteous, and professional. They knew what they were doing. It took them a bit longer than I expected to service/clean the PTAC units, but understandable with circumstances and location. They made sure they would not make or leave a mess or damage anything. I will use them again and do recommend Hiller and these men. Thanks guys.

HVAC stopped cooling last night, so I made appointments with Hiller and another service. Neither was able to offer same day service, however, Hiller called as soon as they had a cancellation and dispatched technician Zach King to the house, where he quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. So, I not only got same-day service, but a 2-year P&L warranty! And a cool living room on a 90-degree day! I am a Happy Hiller Club member for a reason.

Joe is fantastic! I tried myself for 2 days without success. So I called Joe based on these reviews; and they are true. He is polite professional, straight shooter, and gets the job done. I told him about my major drain backing up problem. He checked out the piping and let me know the possibilities. He worked his magic and within 30 minutes, water was draining properly. The job was done and the area was clean. Now we can wash dishes and do laundry again. What a relief!. Thank You Joe! Definitely recommend, 100%

Amazing service! We called for an emergent repair on a holiday weekend and James was here within 30 minutes. James diagnosed the problem, had the mainline accessed, and the problem resolved within the hour. James gave us tips to prevent future issues and was able to show us the water flowing through the line to assure the problem was corrected.
