Yesterday your employees Jose and Juan came out to relight my appliances since we had Atmos gas work in our neighborhood and were very nice and professional. But I wanted to see if I could make the water warmer and asked them back and they had Fernando look ar my water heater but because the knob was broken off it made it hard to adjust. He made it higher but said he would come back if I needed it. My burner did not seem to light so this morning I spoke to Maria who is also nice and she said she would see about getting Fernando back this morning and she called me back and said he would be back at 10:30. Fernando came back at 10:30 and got the burner on and got me all fixed up. Fernando was so nice and professional and I really appreciated his help.
