Kyle was very helpful and he made a practical recommendation and had to come back to replace our kitchen faucet. He was honest and always very helpful when working in the house and resolved the plumbing issues before he left. We were very happy to have Benjamin Franklin and have used them for 12 years now. Have had some major issues and plumbing needs after recently purchasing a home. Dennis, Nick and the rest of the crew have been wonderful. Thoroughly explaining everything patiently and in layman’s terms. They have always been on time and always call in advance. The office folks are very nice and easy to work with. Also had to call their after hours service, which was quite professional and had an early morning appointment set for me on the spot. Have just moved to Kansas City, but already value Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a trusted company.

I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin! I had a clog in my basement and needed someone fast. I called at 1130 and they said they could have someone there between 1-3. Still panicking, I booked the appointment. Not 10 minutes later BF called back to say a tech got done with a job early and was on the way. Jason, the plumber, was kind, courteous and helpful. He found the issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He didn’t even mind our dog getting hair all over his pants. Additionally, the monthly plumbing plan through BF is worth every penny. I didn’t pay a dime for this emergency service. Thank you Benjamin Franklin!

This was the first time I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing. The drain in my laundry room was clogged really bad, and the technician came out and cleared it, and he did a great job. He was also very knowledgeable, and he gave me a lot of good tips on how to take care of my plumbing. Their customer service was excellent. They were polite and courteous, and they were available when I needed them. Their pricing was good too, and they had a lot of specials which was great! I will definitely use them again.
