First time customer and I am very pleased with the all around service provided. Even though the original quote did end up increasing due to unavoidable necessary repairs, Nathan did his best to repair what was existing. He did a great job to finish timely and patiently walked me through all repairs and ensured that I was 100% satisfied before leaving. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and explain all options for the additional repairs and I did not feel pressured when making final decisions. We now have all issues fixed and I feel confident that his quality workmanship will last years. I would definitely recommend Master Plumbing of Tennessee because of their responsiveness, reliability, professionalism, pricing, quality of work, friendliness and great customer service. We recently had a sink replaced by Knoxpro Plumbing and my wife and I were super impressed with the results. Highly recommend! I contacted Micah after our contractor had a medical emergency and could not finish installing our bathroom vanities and faucets, and kitchen sink plumbing and garbage disposal. We also had a gas leak that required immediate repair as well. The whole situation put us in a bind and was quite stressful. Almost immediately I contacted multiple people and Micah was the first to respond. Recognizing our time-sensitive situation he was very responsive and agreed to perform the work over a period of days almost immediately. This required him to sometimes drive many miles to and from various other jobs to fit us in amongst his current commitments. In addition to being prompt and reliable, he is also dedicated to performing quality work at a fair price. We have complete confidence in everything he did for us. As a property Manager of several properties which one was a 36 unit apartment complex the needs could be demanding and challenging. I would call for minor repairs such as a leaking faucet or no water in a whole building. The scope of work needed would vary. I have worked with and recommended Craig on numerous plumbing jobs. I am a sewage contractor and Craig was always my first call for any plumbing needs. As I only concentrate on sewage work I always felt comfortable recommending Craig to all my clients and had no worries he would do an excellent job and keep my clients happy. I have seen a lot of Craig's jobs including appliance installations, copper plumbing, new construction and they are always top notch. I have contracted him also many times to take care of the large plumbing portions of a job and relied on him for any plumbing questions. Craig is always easy to contact and always a great attitude. Very easy to get along with. Craig is very good at solving plumbing issues and coming up with economical solutions, his extensive knowledge of plumbing codes is impressive. Only disappointment I have is that he has relocated and now I have to deal with sub par contractors.
