I cannot recommend Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning enough! I give them more than 5 stars, for sure. During this hottest week of the year so far, my AC went out. I called Raymond, and they worked me into their schedule in 24 hours. The technician, John, arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and found the issue right away. Both of the women with whom I spoke (when I called to report the issue and with scheduling the service) were friendly, kind, and caring. I am so grateful that Raymond made it a priority to send a tech as soon as possible — and the cost of service was affordable! If you are looking for an HVAC company, choose Raymond!

Jacob showed up to repair our outdoor faucet. He was able to explain everything that could be wrong, tightened a few nuts and screws and the faucet appears to be fixed (not leaking). He really did a 5-start job explaining things and listening to my concerns. Outstanding job! Should you all ever decide to go forward with a yearly maintenance program for plumbing issues we would definitely be interested.

I just want to commend the wonderful work that Carl and Elvis did on repairing my faucet that burst out in my backyard. I felt so bad having them be outside in all the snow and cold. I contacted this company because of a drain problem we were having in our back yard. They sent out 2 service people that worked for hours clearing out drains. 2 of the 3 drains were opened and are flowing well. The 3rd they needed to dig out a damaged area and replace a section of pipe. This was done in 2 trips to my home. I was not at home while the work was done but my wife was totally impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of these 2 people. They stayed in touch with me by phone to give me updates as the work progressed. The big question is would I call them for other problems, YES. Thank you H Jack’s for the work you did and for the timely manner in which it was taken care of.

Kyle responded to my service request to repair a slow dripping outdoor faucet that ultimately led to the repair of a faulty pressure gauge. Kyle returned to my home four times in one day to ensure the dripping had ceased, assuring me each time that he would stick with us till the end. He was very pleasant, never complained and was helpful in explaining everything that he was doing. He even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs. I don't often get this kind of pleasant diligence with other service people and thought it should be recognized.

On Sunday morning, February 5, 2023 I had a frozen pipe burst in my home for the 1ST time in 30 years. The plumber I have used for years told me there were 9 people ahead of me. I saw Brian's name and number on the Peabody Community FB Page. He was at my house within the hour and my pipe was fixed for a reasonable price considering it was a Sunday Morning emergency.
