Advanced Plumbing sent an estimator, who instantly knew everything about our 100-plus-year-old house’s plumbing just by looking. He came up with a solution to our sewer line break that other plumbers missed, which saved us thousands of dollars. The plumber (if I remember right, it was Nick the owner) came and did the emergency work quickly and professionally. We have bounced between plumbers for years but think we finally found the place!

We had a small leak, in a small crawl space. I was able to get my wife in the crawl space to close the valve. But she wasn’t comfortable fixing it, and I am too big. Enter Jim! He came in, crawled right in there, and in less than an hour, had replaced the saddle valve with a tee. The customer service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I had Thrashers come out to my house to fix my furnace. I had never used them before but I was given there name from a neighbor down the road.
