The Gas Company found several leaks in my home and shut off my gas. They told me to call a plumber and make repairs to get it turned back on. I called Earl at ProStar Plumbing. Needed a toilet flange and sink faucet in one bathroom and a new toilet in the other. I purchased the toilet and faucet at Home Depot (or they will supply those for a price)and scheduled the plumbers to arrive Tuesday morning. They called and then arrived around 9:30. The guys introduced themselves and got right to work. They were very friendly and kept me informed of their progress. The first bathroom was done in about an hour. The toilet I had purchased was not fitting flush on the floor and then it started leaking from the tank/bowl connection. They took it apart and checked all connections and determined that the toilet was defective and that a new flange was also needed. I had them take it apart and repack it which they did and then took $50 off of their labor due to not being able to install the toilet. Home Depot exchanged it with no problems and gave me 10% off for my trouble. We rescheduled for two days later and they arrived early again, replaced the flange and installed the new toilet in about an hour and a half. When they encountered a problem they called the owner, a master plumber and he came out and helped to make sure everything was done properly and once again knocked off $50 just because of the previous toilet fiasco. They have standard prices and you know what it's going to cost before the work is done unless of course some other issue comes up (and doesn't it always). They are family owned and take pride in their work. Great job guys!
