Kuhn Plumbing has been our plumber for years. They are very responsive, getting someone out in a couple of hours (for a non-emergent issue). They gave dispatch updates and Mike arrived at the stated time with mask in place. Since reading our file history of a potentially complicated water heater, they sent one of their more experienced plumbers who fixed it without any difficulty. He also checked with the manufacturer to be sure there wasn't another nuance. Then Mike explained the problem and how to fix it in the future. Professional and friendly throughout. Have had them out twice now. Both times to fix problems due to proper installation from a previous owner. First time was to extend the collar where the toilet meets the floor, and second to fix where the sink drain pipe had come disconnected from the trap. The second problem was last week. I called at 12:30, Nick was here by 1:30, and done by 2:30. Couldn't have been nicer, and did a great job! I don't remember the first guy's name, but he was equally as nice. DMR Saved Me 75% . . . My bathroom pipes were overflowing with sewage water. I called [another plumbering company] to come and repair my plumbing. I was on the Navien website because I think I might be able to get a nicor rebate for having an energy star appliance installed. While I was on there I saw that the 240 model you selected for us is their top-of-the-line model. Wow! I can't thank you enough for doing that! That was just a really professional and kind thing to do, when I'm sure others could just select a lower model and many homeowners would never know. I wish there were ten stars because Paul deserves all ten. I called him with three different issues. He talked me through each to be sure he understood exactly what was needed. He came the next day. I should point out that he was fully protected from the Corona Virus, both for our safety and for his. In spite of the protection he was careful to keep the proper social distancing. He fixed all three to my great satisfaction then texted me twice afterward to insure I was satisfied. It doesn't get any better than that!
