"I am from the Chicago Area, recently purchases a condo in Kalamazoo and needed a plumbing service to reconnect the kitchen sink/faucets and dish washer. We called on a Sunday afternoon to get someone out that day however they were swamped with calls, but the next day we were given the time window of 10am-12pm. Trent showed up right around 10am, was done with our main drain snaking and out the door within half an hour. He let me know the cost up front before service started which is much appreciated. We have used All American for several jobs over the past few years from a minor shower valve replacement to having a new a/c and furnace system put in. Justin is the best he comes quickly and always makes sure the job is done right. He saved us a few years ago when another company told us we needed a whole new circuit board for our a/c when it was just a clogged drainage pipe. He knows what he is doing, is professional and friendly, and gets the job done right the first time! Highly recommend!!!!
