GP Plumbing has proven once again to be an exceptional company! The pipe above our bed leaked suddenly on Sunday evening. I called GP Plumbing very late that night and the answering service took the message and within minutes, I received a phone call back from the owner. The next morning, he came out himself and within the hour the leak in the ceiling pipe was found, a small area of the ceiling was cut out, the pipe was repaired, and the area cleaned up perfectly. I was having a huge problem replacing my LP water heater b/c it was made before current regulations. We highly recommend Integrity Pluming! Caleb came to our rescue and saved our "remodel-cation!" My husband and I decided to stay home for our annual family vacation week to finish projects that have been building up the last year around the house. We contacted a company first thing Monday, and they told us someone was coming both Monday, then again on Tuesday. We waited at home both days to have no one contact us or show up. Upon a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Integrity Wednesday morning in a panic that our whole vacation would end, and we would still not finish this project because we would be waiting on a plumber with an open cavity in the shower! Caleb instantly put us at ease when he promptly showed up Wednesday afternoon as scheduled. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prepared and worked with my husband's ideas for how he planned on finishing the shower, as nothing in this house was done correct in the last 30 years. Caleb skillfully plumbed into our existing plumbing, and did an amazing job at plumbing in our tub and shower. My husband discovered a leak in our tank of the toilet right before Caleb arrived and notified him of that when he got here. Upon closer inspection, Caleb found a large crack that could have let go at anytime, which would have flooded our finished project! So we purchased a toilet and he promptly returned the next morning to install it. Everything came out better than we could have imagined, and we may be able to finish this project just yet!! We are so appreciative to Caleb and Integrity Plumbing! We have not only found our new plumbing company for future needs, we really feel like we made a family friend at the same time! The lady that always answers the phone is very nice and helpful. She addresses me by name when she answers now after getting my contact details which is undervalued when you speak to most businesses and much appreciated. For the plumber, ask for Ariel if he's available. He's nice, very knowledgeable, timely, and gets the job done properly. He likes to teach and explain what he wants to do and even in the middle of the work being done which is very nice and useful. He doesn't just say "yeah I'll fix it" and just does it. He'll fix it but he'll tell you why, how, and the importance of it. He's been at my house 3 times now. The pricing is reasonable and I'm sure you can find a standard plumber anywhere for cheaper (but it's more important than that). I called Clogbusters for an estimate on capping some pipes that were left dangling when we switched from a regular water heater to a tankless. They came out the next day after I called them! They didn't do the work after giving us a very fair estimate simply because they said it would be unnecessary for the reason we wanted it done. They were so honest. Also, since we mentioned we were getting estimates for replacing our a/c, they recommended a company to us called AAA Modern Air. We called this company and they installed our new a/c. This company was so awesome! I'm so happy because finding good, honest plumbers and a/c companies is not easy...it's like trying to find a good auto mechanic-there are so many out there, but so few are good at what they do and don't look to rip you off. Any way, I digress. I will definitely call Clogbusters next time I need a plumber!
