Sewer Line Repair San Jose

Our water heater quit working and was leaking. We called at 5PM and there was a repairman at our house by 9AM the next day. They were able to install a new one that same day. It was more expensive than I was expecting but the service was excellent and they took care of every detail.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

Martin was the first to respond to my “emergency” via the thumbtack app. I dropped a brand new silver and diamond bracelet my mom just gave me, in the bathroom sink. I don’t know anything about taking apart the under sink pipes so I was all for paying someone else to do it. He communicated with me on when he would arrive and was punctual. He retrieved the bracelet and all was right in the world :) The $100 charge was sooo worth the 15min job, plus peace of mind I now have with the bracelet back in my possession and out of the sink pipe. The guys from Plumbing Tech were great. They came in the day after and fixed the clog in the kitchen sink & washer line. He even went underneath in the crawl space to make sure there were no leakage. He also followed up later to check if the clog was fixed after we ran a dishwasher and washer cycle. Small business but good people. Recommend their service.

It's too bad these guys don't have more reviews. I was skeptical when hiring them because the sales guy was not the guy doing the work and I'd read on a sister review from a larger partner company that reviews had been mixed. They also had very few reviews on yelp so I wondered..... Brian Bailey gave me a very good price for a very tough job after a previous plumber (rapid plumbing/triple A) backed out of the job. They replaced all of my old galvanized pipe with a combination of copper and pex and we no longer have crappy water pressure or rust in the lines. The follow up crew did a great job patching up my walls and I could not be happier with their service.
