Tankless Water Heater Roswell

We've called American Plumbing at least a couple of times a year for minor fixes in our 1918 home. They answer the phone any time of day (no answering machine or service), always show up quickly, and don't overcharge for emergency services. They are super nice, informative, and always get the job done quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called at 8:25am this morning (a Saturday!). The girl that answered, "Heather," was very understanding of my "emergency situation". American Plumbing arrived at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He snaked out our bathtub/shower drain and left the tub cleaner than when he arrived. He was polite and efficient. They left my house with the problem solved by 9:25am. Not to mention that they took a look at the guts in the toilet and replaced the toilet flush handle for nothing. This is my first experience with this company, but I can't express how impressed I am with their service and efficiency. Thank you!

I called with a list of three things that were an issue. American Plumbing showed up that morning. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased that he worked fast and tightened things when he saw they were slightly loose. It turned out that I needed a new shower faucet. They installed a new faucet, made a couple recommendations and was on their way. I would call them again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend American Plumbing.

Jiv was great! He was very careful and neat. He installed three toilets in our house and made sure they were all level and straight. He is a craftsman and has much experience. We did not find any mistakes in all three bathrooms

Our nearly 9 year old 50 gallon gas water heater failed this morning due to an failed electrical part inside the heater. I called the company whom we have an extended warranty with for the water heater to request a service call. Within an hour, he called me to schedule a service call time window for this very afternoon. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! The service tech, Mr. Jiv J. or "JJ" called approximately 45 minutes prior to arriving. Upon arrival at approximately 2:30p, Mr. Jiv J. was very, very courteous. The repairs were more in depth than "JJ" expected but he stayed with it and finally finished the repair approximately 3 hours later. Some of his time was spent on the phone getting pre-authorization from the warranty company to cover the needed parts and labor. If there is an employee of the year award, Mr. Jiv J. or "JJ" should certainly receive it. Also, Miss Donna who initially called me to schedule the appointment was just as courteous and helpful. We'll definitely call him again in the future for our plumbing problems. Great technician.

Our kitchen drain clogged on Christmas Eve morning and we were unable to fix it ourselves. I called Buckeye and they were here within 30 minutes. The servicemen were courteous and prompt and did a great job. They charged the fee that was quoted on the phone and nothing else, even though they also had to use water pressure to resolve the problem. I would use them again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Buckeye rearranged their schedule to accommodate my main sewer back up. They came out and had it cleared after 2.5 hours. I couldn’t be happier! They hooked everything back up in my laundry room too! I was really fearing for the worst after a previous plumber seemed to get nowhere.

Patrick did a wonderful job of installing our new water heater and removing the old one. He was very prompt and efficient and made sure to move all rugs and absorbent material from the entire path to his truck and lay down a tarp over that distance to avoid dripping water over the entire area. I would highly recommend his work and that of Champion Plumbing.

I contacted Champion Plumbing to see about getting a technician out to do an estimate on replacing a water heater. Kayla, the office manager, said normally they charge but if I was willing to wait until a technician was in my neighborhood, they could do it for free. Amazingly, she called the very next day and said Adam would be available later that morning! Woohoo! Adam came and presented us with some possible options; some things done previously to our water heater were no longer up to code and would require changes to the the venting and piping. We discussed the pro and cons of various hot water heaters, and he was very no pressure and adamant about not making a decision immediately. All in all, we were very pleased with the support from the office and the the technician. As I go to post this review, they aren't aware yet, but we have decided to go with their bid and we will schedule for Adam to return to do the work we discussed.
