Kitsap Peninsula Plumbing cares about the work they do. They are thorough, conscientious, and efficient. When they provided a bid, they took into consideration all the problems they could possibly have encountered so there would be no surprises. As the installation was done with ease, we were charged less than the bid. I appreciated that they "under-promised" and over-delivered in terms of cost. What we most appreciated, though, was their creativity in providing solutions to some plumbing work we will have them do in the near future. We called Austin when we noticed water leaking from the ceiling under the upstairs bathroom. He was upfront about the cost (it was a Saturday and that meant time and half) and was able to come to the house in under an hour. He took a look and then again, gave us the option to wait until Monday to cut the cost. We asked him to stay and he was very efficient and quick in diagnosing our problem. He was straight forward and didn't try to play any games or waste our time. We are so grateful for his incredible work and putting our minds at ease. He will certainly be the plumber we call, and refer our friends to, for any plumbing needs. We are extremely satisfied with his work!

On 7-19-24 I had a severe plugged main line from house to septic tank. Herdman Plumbing... dispatched Jim and Drake. These two gentlemen were great! Listened to my description and then did their investigation. Came up with a plan and attacked. Jim and Drake cleaned as they went, never had a mess. Thank you Jim and Drake!
