When my water heater started leaking, causing water to leak into my downstairs neighbors unit I called multiple plumbing companies and none of them compared to the knowledge and service I received from Mike. He was at my unit first thing in the morning the next day and had the whole job done before noon! He went above and beyond, replacing the water heater itself on top of installing a new vent, gas valve, earth quake straps, drip pan, etc. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and was sure to explain everything every step of the way. He was also the only person I spoke to when calling around in the first place to give me an actual quote (which stayed the same the whole time, no hidden fees!) and even walked my slightly panicking self through how to shut off the water to the tank over the phone to help prevent more leaking! Overall I couldn’t recommend Primo Plumbing enough. Definitely have made me a returning customer for any plumbing work going forward!

The guys from Plumbing Tech were great. They came in the day after and fixed the clog in the kitchen sink & washer line. He even went underneath in the crawl space to make sure there were no leakage. He also followed up later to check if the clog was fixed after we ran a dishwasher and washer cycle. Small business but good people. Recommend their service.

It's too bad these guys don't have more reviews. I was skeptical when hiring them because the sales guy was not the guy doing the work and I'd read on a sister review from a larger partner company that reviews had been mixed. They also had very few reviews on yelp so I wondered..... Brian Bailey gave me a very good price for a very tough job after a previous plumber (rapid plumbing/triple A) backed out of the job. They replaced all of my old galvanized pipe with a combination of copper and pex and we no longer have crappy water pressure or rust in the lines. The follow up crew did a great job patching up my walls and I could not be happier with their service.

Eric at Suburban Plumbing handled my issue very quickly and advised my of what was wrong with my tenant's unit. He was able to unlodge the obstruction in the bathtub drain, but was unable to retrieve it. He noticed excessive grease build up in my kitchen drain and snaked it out. The cost was $225. He also offered a service to hydro-jet the drain which is to make them like new by cleaning out all the grease in the drains for $550, but I chose not to make the investment.

Sherry Landor Phil at Quest Leak Detection went above and beyond to help a dire plumbing slab leak. We had been through two plumbers and paid for another leak detection service that was incorrect on their findings. Phil was thorough and took his time to find the leak and helped us tremendously. When the insurance would not help us or cover any costs, Phil sent us to contactors and business vendors that would help. We had no running water for over 90 days with no financing to help pay for the needed re-piping. We are highly satisfied that Phil is trustworthy and led us down a path to honest and trustworthy help. Phil is a stand-up businessman.

Samuel Covert I used Quest for their leak detection services when we had a slab leak and they helped us successfully get a claim with Statefarm. We subsequently used them to "repipe" our entire house, and their quote was competitive and under warranty. Not only was their performance exceptional (timing, professionalism, explanations, etc) their follow-through was even more reliable. After their job was done they referred me to a drywall company that was phenomenal. Subsequently, weeks later we thought we had a faulty sprinkler system due to the repiping and they came and helped troubleshoot and did not charge for the visit even though the issue was NOT caused by their fault. Dan and Philip are phenomenal humans and run a fantastic company, and I would use them again and strongly recommend them to family and friends.

Lea R. We saw water coming up through our bathroom floor in two places and suspected we had a slab leak. We immediately called a local plumbing company who confirmed that for us. In fact, it was the owner of the company who came out to confirm it. We called Philip to come out and find the leak, and he immediately discovered that it was not a slab leak! It was actually the toilet that was leaking. He replaced our toilet for us, and the problem was solved. So thankful for Philip and his expertise.
