Our mission is to serve the plumbing trade in the Acadiana area by conducting the state plumbing apprenticeship program and providing plumbing trade education. Kevin J. Richard, a Louisiana Master Plumber with 25 years of experience in Wastewater Collection, leads the association as President and Instructor. Kevin's expertise spans various areas including Confined Spaces, Heavy Construction, Street Closures (Local and State), and sewer and water installation. He brings over 15 years of experience owning MPS Plumbing and over 5 years of experience owning MPS Plumbing and Training, LLC.
