I highly recommend Plumbgreat Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and Charles came out right away to look at it. He checked all the valves and fittings and confirmed the tank was bad and needed to be replaced (it was over 13 years old). After discussing the problem and going over some options, he installed a new one for me the same day and hauled off the old one. He even checked the rest of the house for any other issues. Luckily everything else was fine, but it was good peace of mind to get a complimentary inspection from a professional. Plumbgreat lived up to their name. Fast, reasonable, friendly, and overall a quality job! A++

Charles saved us! We had some family in town over the weekend and on the last day of their stay both of the toilets in our house clogged. We tried a snake, liquid Draino and typical plunging and nothing worked, so I Googled plumbers in the area and his business was one of the ones that came up with solid reviews. I made a few calls and he was the quickest one to respond; got here within an hour of our call. He climbed the roof and used some heavy duty snake to go through the vent and cleared everything right up. He told us ahead of time the cost of service, but since this was my first time calling for a plumber I’m not sure if it was a good deal or not. Regardless, we are grateful he fixed the issue and came out so quickly. I’d recommend him for any plumbing service!

This company is fantastic. I’ve never met a plumber who takes such care and ownership of the work they do. The owner Charles helped us out himself with a major backup in our plumbing lines. Our only bathroom (other one under renovation at the moment, NOT a great time for your second bathroom to go out!) was totally inoperable which is not ideal for a household with several young children and Charles came out on a weekend and and worked relentlessly until he got us up and going again. Other plumbers took a quick look and quoted us immediately with the most expensive repair solution, but not this company. Charles has a great can do attitude and he does not give up until he gets it done. I am so appreciative of his professional service and his willingness to go the extra mile. He saved us big time on this one and I’ll be happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber!

Carla really went aboveboard, making every effort to get our H2O heater installed in such a short time. She was very communicative with not only with us but also our condo association/ manager. I don’t know how the team pulled it off with all the obstacles thrown our way, but they did! The installers called and showed up when they said they would too. They cleaned everything up on their way out the door. We are so grateful for their superior service. Excellent Plumbing lives up to their name!!
