Had to call Jolly Rooter out at midnight, came home to find water running out of the top of the water heater. He was here about 15 min later and got the water turned off and drained. He came back at 8:30 this morning and replaced the expansion tank. Thank you for the great service, and reasonable charges. I will call you again if I ever need another service. Sincerely,

My water heater went out, no hot water at all needed some professional help ASAP !  Called 3 or 4 other businesses and although their web site say open 24 hours JOLLY ROOTER was the only business that answered and was here with in 20 min !  Great service and excellent work!  Highly recommended and will definitely call him from now on !!!

Had to call a plumber to unclog our kitchen sink drain as the clog was too far down the pipe to deal with ourselves without having to go under the house. Found Jolly Rooter on yelp. Because of the high ratings decided to give them a call. Rich the owner was very responsive and quoted a fixed price which held true. We received same-day service. Rich was timely, got the job done and even threw in some extras like replacing a broken fitting and a special pipe treatment for no extra charge, which was refreshing. Will without a doubt call Rich next time we have a plumbing issue!

We called Rich early Sunday morning about our hot water heater not lighting and, just like the other reviewers said, he answered right away. It’s not like I had a leak or anything but he still came out within hours and was able to get it up and running so that, by the afternoon, my hot water was back! We also appreciate that he took the time to explain what was going on and what to do going forward. And, on top of it all, he was friendly, on time and polite. I think we’ve found our new go-to plumber! Oh, AND he’s a local business, not a franchise!

Craig to the rescue!! Stuart Plumbing was the 2nd company to come for our septic issue. I wish we would have used them to begin with! Craig is so knowledgeable and happy to take the time and do the work, which is more than I can say for the first company I called. He went above and beyond, alerting us to and even fashioning a temporary fix for an issue that would have continued to cause us problems and drain our bank accounts. Called Kingdom Plumbing to repair my leaky faucet and Janetta was able to schedule Michael and Porter out in a few hours. They checked to make sure there were no other issues before making the repair. Faucet repaired, no other leaks, checked softener and asked if there was any other items they could fix. Michael and Porter were professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Janetta is the best and truly cares about customers. Had a water leak in my bathroom, and after 3 different plumbing companies tore out walls, replaced a tub, and suggested that I had a slab leak, I called Excel (ask for Jack). The problem was simply that an o-ring around the toilet was loose. They are great.-Willie, Henderson, NV

They did a fantastic job. We needed a shower cartridge changed. We had someone from Roto Rooter come out to give us an estimate. They were going to charge us over $400 to change a shower cartridge, which is a fairly simple repair! James from Excel plumbing fixed the problem for much less. Excel charges by the hour, and both of the repairmen they've sent to our house were professional and knowledgeable. I bought my house as a foreclosure and there were some plumbing issues on the inspection report. I had Excel out and had my PVB replaced out front, some flashing on a roof vent re-done and they capped off my irrigation in the rear since I don't need it and it was leaking, and fixed a toilet that was really hard to flush. I got a call when the plumber was on his way, he was pleasant, friendly to my big hyper dogs, and got everything done quickly and neatly. It was a really good experience to have someone in my house that was so polite. It's always a little unnerving to have a stranger in your house, this was quick and completely painless.
