Plumbers Bend

While I am not a writer of Google reviews, I wanted to take this time to write about the air conditioning system I had installed in my home in Stratford. Dan, Joe, and Marc make a formidable team. They worked tirelessly to install a 2-unit system, and it was done very well. What I appreciated was the fact that Marc took the time to explain how the system was being installed in the attic and both he and Joe answered several questions I had with both knowledge and respect. While there were a few slight issues, they have been resolved and the system is working just fine. In addition to the excellent service I received with the installation of the system, Paul made a call to the house to check other issues including the thermostat in the basement. This was defective and he has promised that they will replace it. I know it will be done in a timely manner. Raps has been servicing both my heating and air-conditioning systems for approximately two years. I have been very please with the company and know the good service will continue.
