Kitsap Peninsula Plumbing cares about the work they do. They are thorough, conscientious, and efficient. When they provided a bid, they took into consideration all the problems they could possibly have encountered so there would be no surprises. As the installation was done with ease, we were charged less than the bid. I appreciated that they "under-promised" and over-delivered in terms of cost. What we most appreciated, though, was their creativity in providing solutions to some plumbing work we will have them do in the near future. This combination of creative problem-solving and quality work is invaluable.

Fast, professional, and courteous. I called them early this morning to replace my mom's failed water heater. They answered the phone right away and were out there by 2pm this afternoon.
