Needed a new water heater and fast. Made a lot of calls to plumbers. Sharif was the most informative, gave the lowest estimate (and that's of those who were willing to give an estimate over the phone), and was willing to come same day. His service was exemplary and he installed a Rheem water heater. We are thrilled to now have someone to call whenever we need a plumber. Highly recommend.

Had Watertite come out to replace the hot and cold water valves and install a new faucet. They did a great job of communicating arrival times, estimated job length time and gave a vary fair quote over the phone and in person once they saw the valves. They were able to fix everything within two and half hours from when I called for a quote. Really appreciated the quickness!

Sharif came the next morning after we called him and installed the water line for our fridge. He worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. Happy to report my fridge makes ice again! 5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. These guys were just incredible. We had kind of a tricky issue with the plumbing under a toilet. We checked three other plumbers and got quotes ranging from $2700 - $4200. And that was just to cut a lead pipe, replace it with modern materials and mount the toilet on a new ring/grease fitting. All the bids included some strange tinker toy like plumbing routing to fix the problem. One plumber suggested that we cut a hole into a plaster wall to gain access to the pipes!Ben's plumbing came in at $1200 and that included a brand new toilet! No strange rerouting of the plumbing. Just an in place repair. The plumber, Nic Huse, was unbelievably competent and efficient. He told us what he intended to do and just...did it. In about 2.5 hours. No fuss, no muss.If I could give these guys six stars out of five, I would.

Bruce and Kevin at Plumb Pros are professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their sewer fixed or needs some plumbing work. We hired them to fix our sewer when we moved into our new home. They did a great job with our sewer, so when we were ready to renovate most of our plumbing systems (move showers, sinks, and one toilet), we knew who to call. It was a big project and they were at our house for over five weeks. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner, and cheaper than other quotes we received. Bruce Melton is a god send! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don’t think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn’t make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we’ve been golden since.
