Our water heater burst while we were out to dinner on a Friday night. We asked one of our neighbors for a referral because we knew they had had a water heater issue the previous week. Clearwater called a flood control company to come out immediately and also put us in touch with our household insurance company. They gave us valuable information on the types of water heaters available and then quickly came back to install one after we made our choice. Felipe is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They replaced my sewer one-way clean out valve with a new two-way one. They arrived and completed the work the same day they contacted me at a cost better than my other quotes. I had a sewer back up that needed immediate attention and Felipe with Moor Plumbing Solutions was able to come within a couple hours to fix the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided a fair estimate on the phone. When he snaked the sewer line, he also took the the time to put a camera down the pipe and show me the tree roots that were the issue. He gave me a few options for a short term & long term solution. My main sewer line lateral was completely blocked with little to no water getting through (roots/failed joint/corroded pipe). I called Felipe with Moor Plumbing Solutions.
