Our water heater quit working and was leaking. We called at 5PM and there was a repairman at our house by 9AM the next day. They were able to install a new one that same day. It was more expensive than I was expecting but the service was excellent and they took care of every detail.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

Martin was the first to respond to my “emergency” via the thumbtack app. I dropped a brand new silver and diamond bracelet my mom just gave me, in the bathroom sink. I don’t know anything about taking apart the under sink pipes so I was all for paying someone else to do it. He communicated with me on when he would arrive and was punctual. He retrieved the bracelet and all was right in the world :) The $100 charge was sooo worth the 15min job, plus peace of mind I now have with the bracelet back in my possession and out of the sink pipe.
