This is a note of appreciation to Turner’s Service Company for the excellent HVAC services they recently performed in my home. Since generic accolades are so easy to toss around, I think a few specifics make it easier for an average person to understand why I am taking the time to write this note. This house is about 7 years old with 2 HVAC systems. One is in the attic and one in the basement. Even though I have had a service contract on both systems with one of Turners competitors for this entire period, I have had performance issues with them literally every year. When I cut the A/C units on for the first time this spring and found that neither was working, my wife and I decided that enough was enough and decided to finally explore repair and/or replacement alternatives. I solicited quotes from several companies including Turner’s, who had been recommended to us. After evaluating prices, products, service, etc., we decided that Turner’s looked to be the one that provided the best value, so we signed the contract with them. What a great decision! Up to the actual time of installation, Turner’s was still working with the manufacturer on our behalf, attempting to either obtain better prices or system upgrades. Installation experience was non intrusive and event free. The installation crew was, to the man, knowledgeable, well spoken, friendly and sharp in appearance. In other words, they were professional. They examined everything in detail including the attic, vents and ductwork. Through this examination they found multiple efficiency issues including gaping holes where my vents intersect the ducts. Barry and Sons Plumbing helped me with all the plumbing for my bathrooms. I had all old shower/tub cabins removed and plumbing needed to be adjusted for the master bath, second bath and half bath. Lot's of re-routing of piping. They also added shutoff valves and installed access panels to easily get to them. For the master they also install a shower pan as requested and a tub for the second bathroom. They checked on my vanities to make sure all plumbing lines up and communicated very well to me. Special thanks to Travis to finish the big project in just two days. Thank you Terry as well. Awesome job. Definitely recommend this company.

I can't recommend Barry and Sons plumbing enough. I will not call anyone else. Crystal was extremely responsive to my request and worked me into the schedule very quickly. Travis and his work partner were on time, professional, respectful, and surprisingly quick! I thought bought of my tiled floor would have to be demolished to repair the toilet or install a new one, but Travis was able to completely repair what I had and my floor is intact!

Kyle showed up on time as promised with a positive attitude ready to work. The repair to a water line coming from my water heater which was Quest pipe was more involved than initially anticipated. I was having burping noises coming from my bathtub when I flushed the toilet. Great service. Easy to communicate with and on time. Investigated my concerns based on the symptoms that I saw. The issue was elsewhere in the system and he was methodical and systematic in his troubleshooting. He found and corrected the problem. His price for this job was very reasonable. He also found other issues and provided me with a realistic way ahead and reasonably priced solution. Highly recommend and will keep his number.
