Great service. Easy to communicate with and on time. Investigated my concerns based on the symptoms that I saw. The issue was elsewhere in the system and he was methodical and systematic in his troubleshooting. He found and corrected the problem. His price for this job was very reasonable. He also found other issues and provided me with a realistic way ahead and reasonably priced solution. Highly recommend and will keep his number.

One of the most professional and prompt technicians of any kind my family has ever dealt with. Had some major plumbing work that needed to be taken care of and Mr. Cecilia promptly responded, came out, and took on the issues without hesitation. How refreshing to find a local down to earth plumbing professional (licensed) who proposed common sense budget recommendations for fixing multiple plumbing issues in an older home. For the past year and not living locally, I have had a bucket-list of maintenance issues to take care of my Mother’s home when she passed. Justin arrived with his apprentice and quickly went to work. I watched from afar listening to Justin instruct the apprentice on how to properly thread plumbers tape - Who knew unless it is threaded in the proper direction the seal is not 100%.Anyway I wanted other folks who are weary of plumbing contractors to make a call to Bay Breeze first. When I can get to major renovations Bay Breeze will be my choice as I know the job will be done correctly.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

This is a note of appreciation to Turner’s Service Company for the excellent HVAC services they recently performed in my home. Since generic accolades are so easy to toss around, I think a few specifics make it easier for an average person to understand why I am taking the time to write this note. This house is about 7 years old with 2 HVAC systems. One is in the attic and one in the basement. Even though I have had a service contract on both systems with one of Turners competitors for this entire period, I have had performance issues with them literally every year. When I cut the A/C units on for the first time this spring and found that neither was working, my wife and I decided that enough was enough and decided to finally explore repair and/or replacement alternatives. I solicited quotes from several companies including Turner’s, who had been recommended to us. After evaluating prices, products, service, etc., we decided that Turner’s looked to be the one that provided the best value, so we signed the contract with them. What a great decision! Up to the actual time of installation, Turner’s was still working with the manufacturer on our behalf, attempting to either obtain better prices or system upgrades. Installation experience was non intrusive and event free. The installation crew was, to the man, knowledgeable, well spoken, friendly and sharp in appearance. In other words, they were professional. They examined everything in detail including the attic, vents and ductwork. Through this examination they found multiple efficiency issues including gaping holes where my vents intersect the ducts. I have an annual maintenance contract with MEP. It is the best money I have spent on our home! Today, Wayne came to flush out the hot water heater. I was so pleased to see he uses vinegar as his cleaning agent (a good cleaner and environmentally safe)! And Wayne is the nicest guy! Very thorough in his work and takes pride in what he does. After Wayne, Greg arrived to do the Spring HVAC tune up. Another really nice guy who takes pride in his work! It is wonderful to work with professionals who are courteous (they both called before they arrived) and care about their work. I've had a maintenance contract with MEP for 2 years now and glad to have made the decision to go with MEP!
