I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin! I had a clog in my basement and needed someone fast. I called at 1130 and they said they could have someone there between 1-3. Still panicking, I booked the appointment. Not 10 minutes later BF called back to say a tech got done with a job early and was on the way. Jason, the plumber, was kind, courteous and helpful. He found the issue quickly and resolved it in no time. He didn’t even mind our dog getting hair all over his pants. Additionally, the monthly plumbing plan through BF is worth every penny. This was the first time I have used Ben Franklin Plumbing. The drain in my laundry room was clogged really bad, and the technician came out and cleared it, and he did a great job. He was also very knowledgeable, and he gave me a lot of good tips on how to take care of my plumbing. Their customer service was excellent.
