I appreciated how responsive Juan was when we contacted him. He came out promptly and gave us an estimate. We felt the price was reasonable. He was very respectful of social distancing, and cleaned up after himself when the job was finished. They did a very efficient job and they were done in less than two hours. Now we have excellent water pressure to our spigot, outside of our house!

The only company that made it out in an hour for a Saturday emergency. I was able to figure out a temporary repair of cutting and capping a pipe before their arrival, which they helped me finish for free while giving me a quote for the long term fix. I'll update if I use them for the larger job.

Rob was great. I had a flood in my downstairs and didn’t know how to turn the main water off. Rob talked me through it and then came out to fix my leak. We've had Cris and Señor Rooter out for a couple of issues that came up at our business location. They've always been quick with communication, clear about what needs to be done, and fair in pricing. The first time we had them onsite, we had just had another plumbing company make an issue (of a leaking toilet/broken seal) significantly worse, and spent a lot of time and money fixing nothing. In contrast, Cris clearly communicated the problem, gave us a fair price, and fixed the issue within the week (and has come back to help us with smaller issues on multiple occasions). Señores rooter did a great job. I had a problem with dirty water in the house which was causing a lot of calcium build up and clogging up our faucets. Gil came out and installed a water filtration system , serviced our tankless water heater and installed a reverse osmosis system underneath our sink and did a great job. He was very professional and very courteous– I will be using them again for any other projects that may come up.
